What you’ll be doing

As a Warehouse Coordinator at Prysmian Group you will be working withing the Supply Chain and Logistics team, reporting to the Warehouse Process Owner. You will utilise your previous warehousing administration and coordination background to keep the warehouse operating seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Printing/Preparing Orders through WHM systems
- Track orders through to warehouse dispatch
- Liaise with warehouse staff and arrange dispatch
- Receiving imported goods and Organising outbound deliveries
- Stock level spreadsheet entries.
- Invoicing
- Customer Service
- Provide assistance and act as a resource to other administrative staff
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, strong organisational & time management with strong attention to detail

Applicants will need to possess the following skills or demonstrated experience:

- Previous administration experience essential
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and quick learner
- The ability to work independently with initiative
- Performance driven with the proven ability to meet individual tasks whilst maintaining high standards of compliance
- Well developed, organisational and time management skills
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage.
