**The Company**
Our client is a highly regarded, fast-growing professional services organisation with offices across Australia. After doubling in size over the last 12 months, they now have a newly created position to work in their head office and assist in the Service Delivery Team.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, this position is responsible for being the primary point of contact between the firm's clients and internal teams and is a core part of the Business Development team.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and colleagues before, during and after each engagement.
- Understanding the requirements of each engagement to maximise successful outcomes.
- Manage project expectations and scope.
- Assist with business development by preparing proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, closing deals and preparing confirmations of engagement.
- Ad hoc administration tasks.
**About You**
- Have demonstrated experience in a professional/client services environment.
- Knowledge of tendering and bid management process is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong office administration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail.
