Did you know that online engagement across government and business has risen significantly in the last 2 years, increasing the need for clarity? Plain English Foundation is growing and needs an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

**The role**
As a member of the Training Team, you will support our trainers and clients. This involves using online platforms and systems to set up workshops, so we can deliver outstanding customer experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

- creating a smooth high-quality training experience for clients by managing training logistics and supporting internal workflow through our online platforms
- setting up and managing training events using a range of software and platforms, such as Dynamics 365 and Moodle
- providing ad hoc support to our clients with training coordination and administration to ensure information is processed accurately and promptly
- providing direct support to the training team resulting in high quality training outcomes
- provide ongoing participant support pre
- and post-training as needed.

To support you in this role, you will have:

- an understanding of administration and client support services for training coordination
- an understanding of requirements for Management Consultancy/Training company
- experience managing administrative tasks promptly and accurately
- the ability to learn technology quickly and with confidence
- proficiency in Microsoft Office.
