As Cockburn continues to experience rapid development, we’re looking for a Building Administration Officer to support our passionate and professional team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality built form outcomes across mixed-use areas and residential developments, helping ensure our growing community has access to well-designed, safe, and sustainable housing.

**Salary**: $66,965.61 - $79, 582.83 per annum (pro rata for part time), depending on skills and experience.

**Hours**:

- **Full-time**: 38 hours per week, 9-day fortnight
- **Part-time**: 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)
