A hybrid role, working from home and our Sydney office. We will provide ongoing professional
support and will nurture your professional growth as part of a highly agile marketing team.
What the role involves
This is a pivotal role within the marketing team. You'll own our organic social channels and be given
the scope to try new things all in the name of driving engagement and growth. You will work closely
with the national marketing team to execute the national marketing strategy, with the opportunity
to help create, deploy, and cross-promote innovative content strategies across our various social
channels and websites.
- Develop the social media strategy for the Virtus Health consumer brands. Responsible for the

implementation of the social media strategy and calendar, ensuring current brand campaigns
are aligned.
- Responsible for the day to day running of IVFAustralia and Queensland Fertility Group social

media accounts (another team member to support on the other brands), including content
copywriting, design, image and video sourcing, scheduling, and community management.
- Balance out being planned and organised in our content calendar (scheduling via Sprout

Social) with being able to be reactive to content that hits relevance for the moment
(knowing that timing is everything in social).
- Provide regular reporting on all activity and use data to drive content optimisation and

relevance.
- Support the marketing plan to drive consumer enquiries and referrals, raising the profile of

Virtus operations (fertility, diagnostics & day hospitals).
- Content creation to increase the profile of our suite of fertility specialists using paid and

owned digital channels.

- Identifying content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Support the Communications Manager to drive and execute the content strategy by

producing written blog, audio and video content for all channels.
- Together, with the Digital Marketing Manager, execute the digital content and campaign

strategy including producing audio and video content, design and creation of ads.
- Ensure accurate tone of voice across all content and communications for patients, consumers,

and GP referrers.

- You are a positive and proactive person with a strategic mindset who wants to deliver strong

growth to the business.
- A confident communicator with a high level of interpersonal, relationship management skills and

a proven capacity to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You know your way around a camera to capture engaging video and social media content.
- A proven track record in creating compelling messages for different target audiences across

multiple mediums.
- Understanding of all engagement metrics to measure and report on performance.
- You are organised with excellent project management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced

environment.
- Strong attention to detail - the little things matter.
- You want a job that makes a difference.
- 5+ years experience working in a social media or content marketing role.
- Degree in marketing or communications.
