**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Floor Coordinator to join a leading hospital based in Bundoora, Victoria.

About the Role
- Oversee safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards
- Support and liaise with the Nurse Unit Manager of the Perioperative department and wards
- Ensure all theatres are staffed appropriately and cost efficient
- Understanding of legislative requirements, ACORN and sterilization standards
- Knowledge of accreditation processes and Quality / Risk management
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

About You
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in perioperative services
- Postgraduate qualifications in perioperative nursing or equivalent (desired)
- Great working knowledge of ACQSHC National standards
- Good knowledge of labour management
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient IT skills, including MS office and various databases
- Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
- Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
