**Bakery Production Supervisor**

Welcome to This is Us

We are a rapidly growing bakery looking for a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our bakery's production process, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet our customers’ expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the production team, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality control
- Oversee the production process, from mixing and shaping to baking and finishing to packing and picking
- Workplace Health and Safety standards maintained at a high level
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are in stock

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a bakery production or supervisory role
- Thorough knowledge of bakery production processes, techniques, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marrickville, NSW 2204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
