Brooklyn Boy Bagels is Sydney's first true artisan New York bagel maker and bakery. We are a 9-year old business that has seen double-digit growth every year, stemming from a diverse business of over 200 wholesale customers, supermarkets, groceries, hotels, farmer's markets, and our own retail cafe.

We are now looking for full time an experienced Packing Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager with overseeing the Packing department, ensuring accurate processes are used for product picking and daily deliveries out of the company.
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous managerial experience - leadership acumen and dedication to mentoring and training the packing team
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment and experience with food safety and HACCP
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with rostering
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

You must be able to:

- Work night-shifts and weekends (Shifts are generally available 6pm-1am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Take initiative and be highly self-motivated
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Microsoft programs and good attention to detail

**Salary**: $25.70 - $32.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
