That’s because we’re focused on bringing the best of New York baking to Australia, with artisan hand-rolled and boiled bagels being our specialty. But we’re much more than simply a bagel shop: we also love bringing NYC and American pastries to Australia, from our various types of babka to cinnamon buns, croissants, s’mores, donuts, NY chocolate chip & molasses cookies, and more.

We're growing at a rapid pace and we're looking for an Evening Pick/Pack Supervisor to join our team. The successful Pack Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily order fulfilment operation, ensuring that customers receive their products on time in full.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pick/Pack Supervisor to join an exciting business who can match their passion and ambition.

Our shifts begin at 6pm daily until finish (usually midnight to 1am)

Duties include the following:

- Organise, distribute, and monitor workload based on your teams’ skills.
- Have full understanding of product offering and packaging
- Train, lead and have full accountability of your team.
- Motivate team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched in accordance with daily fulfilment guidelines and timeframes
- Be a hands-on supervisor that leads by example
- Work with the baking and logistics teams to increase productivity of the overall team
- Follow all Brooklyn Boy policies & procedures

- Love working fast, and with precision and consistency
- Have a track record working in pick packing and have prior management experience.
- Be highly organised with strong communication skills.
- Be ambitious, have a positive attitude and have great attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent / Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marrickville, NSW 2204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pick/Pack Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
