**About the role**

Reporting to our Director - International Trade and Strategy, your primary responsibility will be to prepare full set of shipping documents and present to banks for negotiation under Letter of credit (“LC”) in line with compliance terms and conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ongoing development and execution of the sales and shipping activities of the group
- Delivering our export products in an efficient and cost-effective manner to the clients
- Contract management and alignment to contracts
- Prepare LC draft in accordance to the LC and contractual terms and incoterms with applicants
- Liaise with banks on all LC and documentation matters
- Liaise with buyers on all LC and operational matters
- Provide full sales operational support to the sales and marketing team
- Maintain and record keeping of export insurances and declarations

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Minimum 2-years’ experience with relevant international trade experience and a good understanding of international trade and incoterm
- Good understanding of international trade and incoterms
- Able to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
