**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an exceptional **Junior Marketing/Events Coordinator** (based in Sydney) to join our growing team. This role will be required to work full-time hours for 12 months (fixed-term contract).

In this role, you will be involved in **supporting the ANZ Marketing Manager in event management. This role would suit someone who has an interest in starting their career in Marketing and the SaaS/Tech industry. (Please note that interstate travel will be required in this role).**

As a junior marketing coordinator you will be assisting the ANZ Marketing Manager on the following:

- Onsite event management: welcoming attendees, recording attendance, distributing name tags, and capturing event photos for sharing.
- Coordinating with venues for seating arrangements, AV requirements, catering/dining packages and ensuring seamless event logistics.
- Organising virtual events and webinars using Zoom, requiring a stable internet connection.
- Creating event registration pages using Ceros and promoting events through digital platforms like LinkedIn and Marketo.
- Managing end-to-end event coordination tasks, including invitations, follow-ups, procurement requests, venue selection, merchandise inventory, catering, speaker arrangements, and travel accommodations.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**:

- Located in Sydney, traveling interstate when required.
- Desire to develop a career in Marketing, within the SaaS/Tech industry.
- Experience in event management preferred.
- Experience with or willing to learn the following technologies: Salesforce, Slack, Linkedin, Google Sheets, Marketo, Zoom, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
