Affiliate Marketing Executive
- Sydney Based

Our company is looking for a Junior Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team. The Junior Affiliate Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and management of affiliate marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Research and identify potential new affiliate partners and provide recommendations
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns
- Communicate regularly with affiliate partners to build relationships and keep them engaged
- Support the management and maintenance of affiliate tracking and reporting systems
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop affiliate marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing industry and best practices
- Good communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Basic analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable goals
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
