**About our Client**
As a national, award-winning and highly respected D&C contractor with a strong reputation within the WA utilities sector, they can boast long-term relationships with major clients across the country and revenue approaching $100m.

With their WA business going through sustained growth, we are seeking the services of an experienced
**Senior Supervisor/ Site Manager** with extensive experience on multidisciplined projects within water infrastructure: Eg. Pump Stations, WTP, WWTP, Desalination, RO etc

**About You**
You will have a strong track record in water infrastructure projects with experience managing multiple trades, ie. Civil, structural, Mechanical and Electrical trades.

We are specifically looking for Supervisors that can fulfil the following criteria:

- Minimum 10 years industry experience
- Ideally been in a supervisor role for over 3 years
- Experience in construction of Pump Stations, WTP, WWTP, Desalination, RO etc.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive construction programmes
- Ability to work in both metro and regional locations as per project requirements

**Responsibilities include**:

- Forecasting and programming
- Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
- Effective leadership of the construction team
- Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
- Start ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
- Mitigating and incident reports
