This Accounts / Admin Assistant role is a lovely opportunity to become pasrt of a great team and join an amazing, forward thinking travel group. Boasting an excellent reputation within the industry and service sector these client’s are looking for someone to support their Finance Team in Accounting and Administration.

We all know and understand that during Covid, the travel industry was hit the hardest, but in spite of everything, this company still managed to maintain 75% of their staff during this very difficult time, and now they are back and running..

**_ The Role_**

You will work closely with the advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution teams. Located in North Caulfield, our clients are searching for an Administration person with Accounting knowledge and who prides themselves on their work ethic and very strong at Customer Service skills.
You will be part of an extraordinary Finance team who reward and recognise excellence in their people.

Your very busy day will include:

- Dealing with invoices from hotels, generating them and sending to clients
- Loading new clients and suppliers onto their system
- Generating invoices from credit card companies and dealing with issues and follow
- ups
- Reconciliation
- Receipting
- Creditors
- Data entry
- General Ad hoc Admin

This is an unbelievable position as the Company genuinely cares, promotes accountability and prides itself on its forward thinking culture.
To be successful, you need to exhibit the following skills
- Previous work experience in an Administrative or Finance role
- Excel at customer service
- Have outstanding oral and written skills
- Be able to work in a team and be able to prioritise
- Problem solving and initiative is a must
