Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Information Management Coordinator to support their information management initiatives. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient storage, retrieval, and dissemination of information to meet business needs. They are seeking someone to collaborate with stakeholders whilst maintain information systems practice. It would be ideal for someone looking to take their next step up within Information Management.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of information management objectives and initiatives.
- Maintain and enforce best practice policies and procedures for document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction.
- Stay updated on advancements in document management technologies and techniques, recommending improvements for information management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding information management practices.
- Assist in managing document control activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master documents.
- Support the administration of their enterprise information management system
- Assist in analyzing information and data to gain insights into business performance in the IM domain, supporting the development of information management capabilities and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with data security and document management regulations.
**Experience**:
- Demonstrable experience in supporting and maintaining Information Governance and Management standards, procedures, and guidelines. (Ideally 5 years+)
- Experience in EIM is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in reporting and analysis is highly regarded.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business needs in the Information Management space and work with stakeholders to coordinate solutions.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills to ensure effective information management practices.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with tailoring information to suit different audiences within an organization.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives through research, analysis, and stakeholder survey analysis.
