Role
We are seeking skilled and proactive asset management resources to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a portfolio of Asset Maintenance Build Projects being delivered for IQ's oil and gas clients. Maintenance Reliability Engineer
Role accountabilities
· Collaborate with the various project teams to design and implement the maintenance build strategy.
· Develop preventative maintenance plans and procedures for critical equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing maintenance systems.
· Identify maintenance requirements and establish maintenance schedules, taking into consideration equipment specifications and operational needs.
· Identify and manage risks that can affect asst reliability and operations.
· Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures, proposing effective solutions to prevent recurrence and optimise reliability.
· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment required for maintenance activities.
· Implement condition monitoring techniques to assess equipment health, proactively identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate actions.
· Participate in risk assessments and safety inspections to ensure maintenance practices align with industry standards and regulations.
· Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
· Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment performance reports, to maintain accurate records and facilitate data-driven decisions.
Required Competencies / Skills
· A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
· Familiarity with maintenance and asset management processes within Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable; Mining experience also considered.
· Proven experience in supporting major capital projects and leading maintenance build initiatives.
· Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance, and condition-based monitoring techniques.
· Familiarity with maintenance management systems and proficiency in utilising software tools for maintenance planning and tracking.
· A good understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance
· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends to optimise equipment performance.
· Solid understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices within the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.
· Ability to conduct a detailed audit of CMMS and supporting maintenance documentation to prepare reports and make recommendations.
· Committed to business / client engagement to achieve the best possible outcome.

SAP Master Data Specialist
Successful candidates shall understand the following;
· SAP PM / MM Strategy
· Assessment of project engineering deliverables and data to develop maintenance master data
· Development of Maintenance Master Data including Plans, Items, Task Lists
· Maintenance Master Data Auditing, Reporting & Update
· Maintenance Program Change Management
· Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
· Reliability Analysis, Reporting & Recommendation Definition
· Criticality Analysis / Root Cause Analysis
· Technical Change Management
· Understanding of Maintenance Supporting Documentation including Standards, Strategies, Process & Philosophies
· Regulatory Maintenance Compliance, Review & Reporting
· Performance Standards
· Development of Maintenance Procedures
· Spares Analysis & Recommendation Definition
· SAP PM / MM Review
Role accountabilities
· Collaborate with the project team and key stakeholders around their definition of master data requirements for the maintenance build. This will include defining attributes across key master data pillars.
· Take ownership of the design, configuration, and maintenance of master data objects in the SAP system, including equipment, materials, and work centres.
· Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to establish a robust master data management framework in line with best practice and industry standards and regulations.
· Support the design and implementation of data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies to support efficient data management process.
· Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular audits and data quality checks, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
· Monitor and resolve data integrity issues, applying data quality controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Establish data management best practices and provide training and guidance on master data processes
Required Competencies / Skills
· Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects, including Equipment, Material Master, and work Centres
· Familiarity with maintenance and asset management processes within Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable; Mining experience also considered.
· FMECA, RCM, RBI, IPF desirable but not essential
· Ability to conduct a detailed audit of CMMS and supporting maintenance documentation to prepare reports and make recommendations.
· Trade certificates and / or vocational training is highly regarded.
· Committed to business / client engagement to achieve the best possible outcome.

· Understanding of and ability to follow Company policies and procedures.

Selection Criteria
