**About the Opportunity**

Located in our Subiaco office, the position of Recruitment Coordinator provides pivotal support to a dynamic and fast paced team of blue collar Recruiters.

Your day-to-day includes:

- Coordinate pre-employment compliance activities, working to tight deadlines with no room for error
- Up-keep a high level of customer service, guiding new starters through the onboarding process
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, juggling multiple onboarding activities

**About you**
- Attitude is everything We will provide the support to get you there
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment, ideally with exposure to a contracting organisation
- You take pride in understanding the detail and compliance
- Proven experience working in fast paced environment, with a high level of accuracy
