Working across Queensland and Northern NSW we are committed to providing best-practice allied health services and NDIS programs to our current customers and participants.

An in-depth understanding of allied health and NDIS is required to drive strategic planning, policy development, growth, and future planning roadmaps. We want to operate in more regions, provide more services and reach even more people and we want to do it quickly.

Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager will be responsible for the operational performance - whilst contributing to the organisation's strategic direction, improving services, and meeting financial expectations and quality standards.

This role can be based in our Brisbane or Gold Coast Offices with a willingness to travel between all locations.

**In this role, you will**:

- Actively participate as a member of the Executive Management Team in identifying and leading the implementation of business strategies and activities
- Oversee and manage the operations of Health and NDIS Services, advise on, and drive strategic direction through operational initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant senior clients and stakeholders
- Ensure that all Health and NDIS staff are working within the requirements of BUSY Ability’s business plans, and within Australian and State Government and any governing body requirements
- Lead and ensure the successful operation of Health and NDIS Services

**About you**
- Appropriate and relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role
- Proven leader and innovator
- Strategic development skills
- Strong business acumen
- Implement and follow best practice methodology
- Strong operational focus and desire to be a part of a growing, high achieving, successful service organisation
