**Detailed Job description : -**
- Lead the testing efforts across multiple projects in order to provide high level of Quality Assurance in the Media domain.
- Develop detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests to ensure that all features are tested in compliance with project
requirements.
- Manage and mentor the testing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective test execution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements and
deliverables.
- Coordinate and facilitate defect tracking, reporting, and resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of issues.
- Perform risk assessments, identify potential issues, and proactively work to mitigate risks related to software quality.
- Generate and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders regarding testing progress, defects, and risk assessments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that testing environments are properly set up, and ensure test data is available and relevant.
- Should have a strong ability to quickly grasp new technologies and a keen desire to continuously learn and stay updated with
the latest industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Test Lead in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with popular test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of testers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in bamboo, GitHub, GitHub Actions and branching strategies
- Experience in Release Management.
