Complete registrations, accreditations, investigations and compliance site visits, which may require travel to regional areas.
- Draft detailed registration and compliance reports and enforcement notices that are clear, concise and include sound reasons for judgements and recommendations.
- Monitor services for compliance with legislation, accreditation standards and other prescribed requirements.
- Initiate corrective, or enforcement action where necessary.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with service providers, immediate teams and work groups.
- Contribute to and regularly prepare fit for purpose reports on activities, evaluations, recommendations and decisions relevant to the operation of Regulatory Services.
- Assist with the preparation of Ministerial, Executive and other forms of business correspondence in a timely and professional manner and consistent with departmental guidelines.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
