**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions team. This exciting opportunity will see you as a fundamental contributor to Tem being involved onboarding and supporting new customer, order information and entry, troubleshooting logístical issues. Other responsibilities include:

- Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management to ensure proactive actions are put in place
- Detailed focus on customer supply chain complexities and to enable superior customer experiences
- Support the evolution of processes and systems to minimise ‘offline’ planning activities for business continuity purposes
- Educate, empower, and inspire our customers about our brands and products
- Create and update shipping orders, sales order amendments, stock availability and specifications
- Data entry
- Keep a breadth of future products and promote them, when possible, to customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities in liaison with the sales team

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will bring**:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience - fast and accurate data entry skills in ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous)
- Forward thinking and able to seek solutions for our customers
- Ability to understand business needs from both a financial and operational perspective
