The Indigenous Service Support Officer key responsibilities are:

- Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team involving a range of internal and external stakeholders and service providers to achieve quality casework outcomes. We are seeking someone who is connected to culture and community. The Indigenous Service Support Officer should be able to communicate and yarn effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and families. The Indigenous Service Support Officer should be able to identify and know key supports to be able to connect Young People and families.
