**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish strong customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of databases, spreadsheets and registers
- Complete general office support tasks as required
- Ability to focus on quality of work with a great attention to detail
- Able to use office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners
- Good phone manner and communication

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills

- Computer literate
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
