This role is in a very convenient location in the heart of the CBD, close to public transport, cafes, shops and resturants

**Duties**:

- Reception duties such as answering and transferring phone calls, filing, photocopying and data entry
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Mail handling / distribution
- Liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally, providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate meetings, including organising catering for meetings and creating agendas

About you:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role is advantageous but not essential
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and follow instruction
