**_About Youth Employment Scheme (YES):_**
- The Youth Employment Scheme (YES) provides young people aged 15 to 29 with a 12-month, entry-level opportunity to work in the Victorian Public Service while completing accredited training._

**_ To be eligible for the YES, you must be:_**
- be aged between 15 and 29 years at the commencement of the traineeship
- be unemployed or not working more than 15 hours per week
- not be currently engaged in tertiary education and
- have not attained a university level qualification (excluding certificate 1‑4 courses)

**About you**:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be well presented, willing to learn and have a positive outlook
- Willing to undertake a National Police Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship

**What you will do**:

- Follow agreed processes, procedures and policies using corporate systems to meet operational needs
- Perform a range of office administration functions such as data entry, reporting and other tasks as directed by the division in a timely and confidential manner
- Provide support to the Office of the Deputy Secretary whilst working collaboratively with other areas across Network Design & Integration
- Provide expectational customer service
