**Business Development and Internal Marketing Co-ordinator**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated business development and marketing specialist (highly regarded if you come from a science background) to work alongside our Director and our established and accomplished client manager to operate this area of the business more efficiently.

**What the Role Entails**:

- Organise marketing and business development plans for RWS
- Execute and manage the rollouts of the plans.
- Work closely with the company Director and client manager.

The role is full-time with some flexibility regarding working arrangements once fully trained. The salary offered will be commensurate with your experience.

**Our Requirements Are**:

- Good writing skills for copy purposes.
- 1-2 years’ experience successfully working in the business development/marketing area for a small company (Preferably science-based as our team has many biomed/science graduates. We are keen to speak to people form these industries as we have found that they are a great fit with our surgeons)
- A professionally presented individual.
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite.
- IT Savvy and a self
- starter and intrinsically motivated to excel.
- Have a capacity to perform well in a busy environment - must be a skilled multi-tasker.
- Set up and ability to work from home if needed/required.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
