**Introduction to CardioScan**
CardioScan is a global cardiac data and analysis company. We provide cardiac data and reporting to primary health practitioners in ten countries, including Australia, the US, the UK and across Asia.
We deploy cardiac equipment into the field, collect heart data and provide analysis to our customers with the upmost focus on accuracy, quality and speed. **Position overview**
CardioScan is an Australian health innovation brand that has grown to become a global leader in cardiac monitoring solutions. Our rapid expansion into overseas markets after 30+ years as an Australian leader - sees our strong core team at Melbourne HQ growing.
Working with our Creative Director, you will be involved at all levels of our marketing effort with your key objective being to help plan and deliver end-to-end integrated campaigns to support our strong vision and business objectives.
**Core responsibilities**
- Planning and implementing integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, enquiries and grow market share
- End-to-end campaign management including engaging and directing suppliers, managing schedules and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Ongoing multi-region website updates, content management and SEO best practice activities
- Engage with suppliers to coordinate and deliver print and event materials
- Delivering our content strategy to drive company-wide engagement, supporting network expansion and brand engagement
- Assist with analysis, reporting and preparations of key insights into performance
- Conduct and synthesise customer research in collaboration with Sales and Design colleagues.
- Support HR communications and activities to elevate team culture
**Personal attributes**
- Confident and dynamic personality, who enjoys taking ownership in driving results
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and a strong hands-on approach
- High degree of self-motivation, able to work independently and, also as a team player
- Understands value of creative problem solving and customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate with people at all levels and backgrounds to support our global team
- Attention to detail is a must
- Enjoys a variation of tasks and is flexible and adaptive to changing workloads, deadlines and developments
**Technical skills**
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Interpret performance metrics with Google Analytics
- Proven copywriting, content development and campaign outcomes with portfolio examples
- Advantageous to have experience with: Salesforce, Adobe CC and/or SEO tools
**Please note**: It is a requirement of this role to undertake an Australian Federal Police (AFP) National Police check prior to appointment.
