**The role**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships? We are seeking an experienced **Sales &** **Account Manager** to join our growing team and help manage and develop relationships with our new and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused environment during a period of rapid growth.
**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Sales &**Account Manager**, your primary focus will be managing CardioScan's retail customer base, while also supporting broader customer relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing product guidance, and addressing queries. This role will also involve driving sales growth, onboarding new customers, and fostering relationships through excellent service delivery. Other key responsibilities will include:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback
- **Training and Onboarding**: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, provide training on our hardware and software, and ensure service excellence
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our hardware and software suite to deliver accurate and timely information to customers
- **Customer Support**: Address queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support to ensure seamless service delivery
- **Order Processing**: Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to facilitate accurate order processing and delivery
- **Sales Growth**: Identify and seek opportunities for upselling and new customers for CardioScan’s products and services
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate customer records and contracts via internal systems, ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentation
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
**About You**:
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent; certifications in a relevant field are a plus
- Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
- A hands-on approach to get the job done
- Positive ‘Can do’ attitude, a commitment to teamwork and enthusiasm to help others
- A mindset of continuous improvement to challenge current practice and add value
