**The Company**

A 20-year established fund manager with circa $3bn FUM, across the property, private debt, and private equity investment areas.

Circa 40 staff, based across Sydney (head office), as well as Melbourne and Brisbane presence.

Institutional, middle market, and private wealth investor base.

**The Opportunity**

A truly compelling opportunity to join the business development, marketing, communications & client services department.

Through continued and sustained growth, a need has arisen to create a new appointment supporting the marketing & communications, and business development team.

Key responsibilities;
- Assist with the preparation of EDM content, other marketing materials, press releases, and the maintenance and development of the website.
- Responding to client servicing requests including ad hoc reports, information requests, and due diligence questionnaires.
- Assisting investment teams with the preparation of investment presentations and arranging client meetings/presentations.
- Proving general support and assistance to the business development team through the maintenance of the CRM system, supporting prospect research, and engagement activities of the team.
- Overseeing consistency and accuracy of external communications, including presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and client reporting documents
- Work with the marketing and business development team to introduce new and more effective processes for client prospecting, fundraising, marketing, and the management of client data.

2+ years of experience with a marketing, communications, and/or business development team of a wealth management, investment management, or finance company.
- University qualifications in marketing, communications, economics, commerce, or finance.
- A self-starter with strongly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed team working skills
- Strong numeracy skills including excel skills, strong Powerpoint presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, HTML website maintenance, and EDM strategies.
- Familiar with wealth management sector terminology and marketing processes
- Strong interest in investment markets
