Marketing Associate – 12 Month Contract

Therapeutic Areas: Haematology, Oncology & Neuroscience

Sydney | Hybrid working

I'm partnering with a global biopharma company to recruit a Marketing Associate on a 12-month contract, supporting their high-performing team across Haematology, Oncology and Neuroscience.

This is a chance to step into a dynamic, science-led environment and contribute to some of the industry's most meaningful therapies while working alongside experienced marketers, medical teams, and cross-functional partners to bring science to life.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing plans and brand initiatives, working closely with Brand Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across projects.

It's a fast-paced, hands-on role that will give you broad exposure to strategic planning, campaign implementation, and commercial operations within high-science therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and rollout of brand and disease awareness campaigns
  • Manage materials through Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review
  • Coordinate conferences, symposia, and field team materials
  • Partner with sales, medical, and market access teams to align messaging and activity
  • Track campaign performance and assist in budget management and reporting
  • Maintain brand assets and digital platforms
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, including launches and lifecycle initiatives
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Science, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • 2+ years' experience in pharma or healthcare marketing
  • Strong understanding of the Australian pharma landscape and MA Code
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn from experienced marketing leaders
