Join the best digital operations team in the media business TechTarget is seeking a high performing, responsible and driven Marketing Program Associate in its Sydney office. The Marketing Program Associate will work closely with our team of sales representatives to construct campaigns to meet client objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent university graduate with an interest in digital marketing and campaign execution to develop strong digital skills by learning from the leading B2B tech marketing and data services provider. You will be part of the industry’s top operations team and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Essential job functions**:

- Support Sales in architecting lead generation campaigns for success, understanding TechTarget’s database and conversion metrics.
- Interact regularly with internal Sales teams and Product Management in regard to proposal creation and campaign setup.
- Communicate clearly through a digital tracking platform.
- Experience in utilizing analytical algorithms (maths) to build a marketing campaign related to delivery and budgets.
- SaaS tool formatting and submission between regions and departments.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

- 1+ years of relevant, marketing or digital campaigns experience, though recent graduates will be considered.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding maths skills.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points;
- Strong organizational skills.
- Extremely reliable/team player.
- Must be a fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly.
- Computer Application literate.
- Education at Degree level is required; and,
- Ability to work full-time in Australia. This is _not_ a position where we will sponsor applicants for a working visa.
