Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW for a Marketing Associate Intern. The intern will assist with market research, develop marketing strategies, and support marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales operations in an AI-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, and others)
  • Create engaging content highlighting Jubilee Voice AI's unique features and success stories
  • Conduct market research on potential industries and regions for expansion
  • Support SEO and SEM initiatives to boost website performance and brand visibility
  • Help design and publish articles, blog posts, and social media updates
  • Collaborate with the product team to produce clear, compelling messaging about AI Voice Agent capabilities
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, webinars, and client presentations
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements for engagement and conversion
  • Contribute creative ideas towards brand storytelling and visual identity

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of market research and analytics methods
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
  • Interest in AI technology and enthusiasm for learning
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
