TEAM LEWIS is looking for school leavers or career changers with a strong interest in communications and marketing to join **RISE Academy**, a** full-time, paid training programme** designed for anyone looking to break into the marketing industry without having a degree or relevant work experience.

**About RISE Academy**

RISE Academy is a six-month programme that will allow Marketing Associates, to engage with teams on client work while learning the ropes through various training sessions to provide you with a strong foundation of communications and marketing knowledge to thrive in our global marketing agency.

**About The Role**

As a Marketing Associate, you will be exposed to all facets of marketing including public relations, digital marketing, creative implementation, content marketing, rich media production, social media marketing and more.

The role requires an ability to manage a variety of projects and tasks across multiple client accounts whilst delivering high quality work within tight deadlines.

This role is suitable for anyone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, thrives on taking on new challenges and is keen to work in a dynamic, international environment.

**About you**
- Passionate about marketing and PR/communications and motivated to learn and develop key skillsets
- Proficiency with social media and enthusiasm to engage and promote content on the platforms available
- Keen interest in the media (print, broadcast, online), current affairs and the news agenda
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - highly articulate and presentable
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail; calm under pressure
- Collaborative instincts, flexible and adaptable - a natural team player
- Self-starter, confident, go-getter, personable, and a sense of humour
