**NEWLY CREATED ROLE - OPERATIONS SUPPORT WA**

ACW Property Services, carries out renovations, maintenance, repairs, and building services to domestic, property management and commercial clients. We offer a multi trade service with qualified tradesman. Our main work consists of bathroom modifications, renovations including kitchens, outdoor entertaining areas, and general building repairs as well as general maintenance for our contracted clients.

**Duties and responsibilities**

In this newly created role, you will report to the SA/WA Regional Manager and support the work of the Operations Team in WA acting as liaison between contract sites and the Operations Contract Manager.

You will schedule, book and carry out periodicals, upsell services and provide feedback from contract sites to ACW. You will lead and coordinate staff and contractors to achieve high quality work within specified timeframes and will log and monitor any work incidents or requests into ACW’s CRM in a timely manner.

**About you**

You will also be a self-starter that possesses initiative, excellent communication, time management, problem solving and analytical skills. You’re someone who can think outside the box and can come up with innovative win-win solutions.

- Driver’s Licence

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
