Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our WA operations, overseeing a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders. As State Manager, you will provide day-to-day clinical guidance, drive quality and performance, review reports, and foster strong employee morale and retention.

This role is part of our senior leadership team and reports directly to the National Behaviour Support Manager. You will be responsible for direct management of Regional Managers in WA, maintaining high job satisfaction among Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, coordinating recruitment and growth across the state, ensuring best practices, managing customer relationships, and liaising with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Regional Managers in WA.
  • Maintain high job satisfaction among Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners in WA.
  • Coordinate recruitment and growth across WA.
  • Ensure best practices and high standards are maintained across the division.
  • Manage major customer relationships.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to drive growth across the state.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Behaviour Support (desirable).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position within an allied health organisation (desirable).
  • A Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences or Criminology qualification.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
  • Experience using CBT, DBT, person-centred and trauma-informed approaches and behaviour assessments.
  • A car and licence.
