**As a Cocktail Curator, you will collaborate with our guests by**:

- Offering savvy suggestions on beverages to impress any discerning or indecisive patron.
- Providing insight into the best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit any palette or the mood.
- Having initiative to learn more and do more to contribute to having the best service-reputation in town.

**Your many talents will include**:

- Demonstrated experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
- An absolute passion for your craft
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Your high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
- Anticipate and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- POS and/or cash handling experience
- You'll be a part of our energetic, fun and passionate team
- You must be able to demonstrate 1-2 years cocktail making experience in fast-paced restaurant or bar
- You're an upselling machine - increasing the average check is one of your priorities and you enjoy the thrill of training your team to do the same
