**THE ROLE**:
Calling all experienced Barista's Early morning coffee creators

We are seeking enthusiastic Barista's for Crystalbrook Vincent in Brisbane - those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage (particularly a love for fabulous Coffee) are encouraged to apply.

As a Barista, you will collaborate with our guests and team by:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
- Engaging with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Staying knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

**ABOUT YOU**:
The position reports to the Assistant Venue Manager and works alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards

You will need to demonstrate:

- A true love for creating magical moments with your Coffee/Drink creations
- Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
- A current QLD RSA Certificate
- Availability across a 7 day roster - Early morning shifts required for Breakfast service
- An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
- Ability to keep cool under pressure with experience in working in a fast-paced environment
