- Fiume, _named after the Italian word for river, offers an alluring urban oasis in which to enjoy a tipple and share style bites while immersing in the stellar views across the Brisbane River, above the bustling Howard Smith Wharves.

**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a mixologist extraordinaire An enthusiastic individual who has an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage.

We can offer weekday through to weekend shifts serving cocktails in one of the most special venues in Brisbane. Our exceptional award-winning venue thrives with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

**ABOUT YOU**:
The positions report to Food and Beverage Managers and will work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our Restaurant - Mews and Fiume Rooftop Bar. We are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards

You will need to demonstrate:

- Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
- A current QLD RSA Certificate
- Availability across a 7 day roster - PM shifts
- A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
- An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences

As a Cocktail Curator, you will collaborate with our guests by:

- Demonstrating experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
- Possessing an absolute passion for your craft
- A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
- An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
