The Role:
As the Junior Property Manager, you will provide essential support to a Property Manager in various aspects of Property Management, including:

- Tenant Liaison: Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Routines and Entry & Exits: Assist with conducting property routines and managing entry and exit processes.
- Administrative Duties: Undertake administrative tasks to support the Property Management operations.
- Previous Real Estate Experience: Bring prior experience in the real estate industry, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration: Hold a valid QLD Certificate of Registration, ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
