**SALARY RANGE**:AUD $95,000 - AUD $110,000 + excellent benefits + market leading bonus
**LOCATION**:Sydney, NSW, Australia
**REPORTS TO**: Demand Supply Manager
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
At BAT, our Demand Planning Executive support the business planning process via accurate sales information analysis and demand forecasting to ensure company objectives are achieved.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Create demand forecasts for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.
- Conduct monthly Demand Review meetings with relevant stakeholders to review recommended sales forecasts where meetings are minuted and all actions are followed up by action owners
- Align with brand, trade, marketing finance to understand demand forecast drivers and ensure the forecasted sales are aligned to the operational and strategic challenges of the business.
- Analyze historical data, trend analysis, scan data, product life cycles and sales and marketing activities
- Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting.
- Extract sales data from relevant sources and report and maintain accurate and updated sales information. Track sales performance against forecast, provide analysis and recommendations for remedial action.
- Lead projects for NPI and business integrations and coordinate planning requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Identify and propose improvement opportunities in current process, tools and methodologies to enhance and improve effectiveness of the demand planning, forecasting accuracy and business performance.
- Build and maintain good working relationships within department and intradepartmental to support implementation and smooth execution of demand forecasting within the Marketing Planning process.

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- A tertiary degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology or Analytics
- At least 2 years’ experience in an analyst type role.
- Excel, Power BI advance level
- Advanced knowledge of demanding forecasting technology solutions.
- Solid analytic skills and attention to detail.
- Structured approach to work with high levels of accuracy.
