The
**Electrical Superintendent** is responsible for ensuring construction projects are delivered in accordance with the Scope of Works, budget, schedule, and our core values. Reporting directly to the Project Manager the
**Electrical Superintendent** will be responsible for:

- Ensuring project teams meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to the delivery of the works.
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, including in-depth reviews of schedule deliverables, estimated costs, and manage materials and equipment.
- Provide leadership to project team.
- Identify and forecast risks and opportunities, review construction programs.
- Ensure project team delivers scope of work in accordance with specifications, assist in resolution of any technical problems encountered during the execution of the works.
- Work with team to manage change management process.
- Ensure projects are adequately resourced.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders, upholding Australian standards and best business practices always.
- Striving for high client satisfaction.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Qualification in Electrical trade.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high performance teams.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Willing to work 2:1 Roster | 12hr days | Flights in / out only on Fridays
- Valid Driver’s License
- NT Electrical License or willing to Obtain
- Covid Vaccination + Booster
- Nation Police Clearance within past 6 Month
- Section 44
- LVR / CPR Training
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card
- High level customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Able to complete and pass Pre
- Employment Medical

**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management and/or Leadership training highly regarded.
- Cert IV Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with QA/QC process management and continuous improvement
- First Aid Training
