**About the role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Payroll Specialist to help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services across Australia and New Zealand. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in supporting BAU activities, troubleshooting issues, and identifying ways to enhance payroll processes.

Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract- Process weekly and monthly payrolls across Australia and New Zealand- Respond to payroll-related queries and provide accurate guidance to employees- Ensure compliance through accurate reconciliations, audits, and reporting- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll issues- Support process improvements across SAP, Oracle HCM, Kronos, and Celergo

**About you**

You’re a detail-oriented payroll professional with a strong understanding of compliance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’re known for your accuracy, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing- Confident in interpreting complex EA and Award provisions- Proficient in SAP, Celergo, Oracle HCM, and Kronos (or similar)- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy- Clear communicator with an adaptable, solutions-focused mindset
