**To be Successful in this Role, you will**:

- Handle telephone calls and inquiries clearly and efficiently, giving clear and efficient assistance to patients, carers, visitors and staff to achieve a high level of satisfaction from service recipients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Maintain good knowledge of hospital departments and services.
- Perform duties so as to achieve a high level of satisfaction from service recipients in line with the positions KPI's.
- Be available to work on Christmas day on a rotational basis.
- Previous Switchboard and Reception experience is preferred.
- Customer service role is essential.
