Autoleague are seeking a **Vehicle Administrator** to join our team at **Osborne Park Kia and LDV**.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, as a Vehicle Administrator your main focus is to is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership. The role will involve processing paperwork, data entry and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with stakeholders.

**The Role**:

- Vehicle Licensing
- Checking paperwork and processing the purchase of pre-owned vehicles
- Invoice the sales of new and pre-owned
- Raising purchase orders and invoices for aftercare products
- Month end reporting and reconciling
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Previous experience in Dealer Online (or be willing to complete the course)
- ** Vehicle Administration Experience with a knowledge of the Automotive Industry is preferred but not essential**
