You'll focus on generating permanent placement fee revenue, complemented by Dixon Appointments' full suite of products including temporary recruitment, outplacement, and HR services. You'll operate autonomously, but with the support of a team to maximise your portfolio and business growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, establish, and maintain loyal client partnerships - Advise, design, and execute effective recruitment campaigns - Set and achieve activity and financial targets - Contribute to innovations and process improvements - Mentor and train the Recruitment Specialists within the business **Experience & attributes** - Demonstrated success in agency recruitment or a combination of sales and HR - Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and negotiate profitable outcomes - Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude - Commitment to achieve excellence - Exceptional relationship management and general commercial knowledge **Culture** We pride ourselves on our diversity; our team supports return-to-work mums, university graduates and recruiters that have built successful careers and want to provide a real service to their stakeholders.
