**What**
**you’ll**
**do**:
As a Digital Relationships Specialist, you will facilitate WaterNSW’s relationships and networks with government agencies (including Federal, State and Local), external stakeholders and internal teams, to support the evolution, design and delivery of WaterNSW’s digital ecosystem from strategy to execution. Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

- Regulatory framework: co-ordinate the external position and implement a shared understanding of key regulations, policies and guidelines on digital ecosystem matters.
- Ecosystem / architecture roadmap: collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to develop a joint technology roadmap throughout its lifecycle including development of regulatory submissions, government grants and business case development.
- Monitor, control and report on proposals and agreement implementation and issues ensuring the implementation is meeting the business need, WaterNSW Enterprise architecture and principles.
- Alignment of internal resources: facilitate and implement a shared understanding with the Digital Transformation team and internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance and Regulatory teams, on key matters.
- Relationship management: With the Manager Digital Transformation, establish and implement external facing communication, information sharing protocols and interactions and oversee the high-level flow of information between WaterNSW and Agencies / stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor level qualification in Business or ICT (or related area)
- Experience with business systems (e.g. PEGA, Teams, ServiceNow, Dynamics)
- Project and Portfolio Management Certification and experience with agile / waterfall delivery methodlogies
- Influencing and stakeholder management capability to build relationships across varying stakeholders, including government officials and agencies, and represent WaterNSW.
- Experience working in government relations, public affairs, or a related field, and deep understanding of political process, laws and regulations which impact WaterNSW and its stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the policies and procedures of government agencies, as well as an understanding of the political landscape
