Due to unreal growth, our client is searching for a** Customer Experience Coordinator **to support customer engagement and improve their brand's overall customer experience journey.

In addition, you will be joining a company with **growth and development opportunities** to develop your career on a long-term basis.
- Supportive team with growth and development opportunities
- $65,000 - $75,000 + Super + Bonuses
- WFM/Hybrid Environment - (2 days in the office/3 days at home)

**In this role, you will be responsible to**:

- Communicate through key digital and voice channels to identify customer needs and see them through to resolution
- Liaise with various departments to resolve both fundamental technical and non-technical issues.
- Respond to all consumer questions posted on online directories (Product Reviews, Social Media, etc.)
- Design continuous improvement activities that support better customer experience outcomes.
- Find ways to optimise customer experience processes and procedures with regard to handling consumer enquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer experience/support role
- Previous experience in marketing coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
