About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Implementation for the APAC region to lead the delivery and implementation of our Agentic and Conversational AI solutions.
In this senior leadership role, you'll own executive-level relationships with strategic clients and ensure our solutions consistently exceed client expectations.
You will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling our APAC Solutions Engineering team, driving technical excellence, innovation, and successful post-sales outcomes.
Collaboration with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, will be essential for aligning client needs with our strategic roadmap.
This role is perfect for an experienced leader passionate about enterprise-level solution delivery, conversational AI, Agentic AI, and innovation within financial services.
What You'll Do
Serve as the senior technical leader and primary accountability point for APAC implementations, managing executive-level client relationships.
Oversee execution of regional projects, ensuring solutions meet quality standards, deadlines, and client success criteria.
Build, mentor, and scale the APAC Solutions Engineering team, emphasizing technical excellence and innovative client solutions.
Foster strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure alignment of customer needs with product roadmap priorities.
Define and implement delivery governance frameworks, including risk management, escalation protocols, and continuous process improvements for consistent, repeatable outcomes.
Communicate clearly and consistently across internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
12+ years of experience leading delivery, solutions engineering, or implementation teams within enterprise software, AI platforms, or financial services
Demonstrated success managing executive relationships and leading complex, high-value deployments across financial institutions
Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, enterprise integration patterns, and agent orchestration
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable deployments, with fluency in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data security
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional execution
Familiarity with banking operations, digital transformation, and regulatory environments across the APAC region
Experience working with conversational AI platforms and specifically agentic AI platforms or building intelligent AI agents in production environments
Ability to manage distributed technical teams across time zones and lead client engagements across marketsWillingness to travel within the APAC region as needed to support client success

Exposure to cloud-based technologies and integration standards (AWS, OAuth, REST, etc.).
