RESTAURANT HOST/ HOSTESS

We are looking for Host/ Hostess to join our fresh and unique team of hospitality professionals who pride themselves on providing a wonderful experience to every guest.

**Your day-to-day tasks**
As a Host/Hostess within the Bel & Brio team, you will assist in the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and customer needs are anticipated. You will manage booking allocation, greet customers, and escort them to their tables.

You will then take, confirm, and amend reservations, and ensure all telephone calls are handled politely and efficiently and accurately address the customers' needs.
