Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a **full service, casual fine dining steakhouse** that specialises in **dry-aging steaks** and has an **impressive wine selection**.

Our **Barangaroo** restaurant located in the **International Tower One** is seeking **Guest Services Agents**/**Hosts** to join the team - **up to 30 hours available.**

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling

**Do you have?**:

- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as Dimmi, Respak or Res Diary is an advantage
- A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
